Organized by Higher Education Forum (HEF), International Symposium on Social Sciences and Management (ISSSM) is an international platform for scholars, researchers and practitioners to discuss interdisciplinary research and practices in the fields of communication, culture, economics, education, finance, law, management, politics, psychology, society  and more.

2017 ISSSM will take place from January 19-21, 2017 in Hokkaido, Japan. Prospective authors are invited to submit original research abstracts or full papers which were not, are not and have not been submitted/published/under consideration in other conferences and journals.

We, here include the organization itself, the conference secretariat, international liaisons and any individuals or parties related to HEF. HEF does not issue organization registration letter, guarantee letter, schedule of staying letter, local sponsor letter, and governmental format invitation letter, but provided only Invitation Letter issued by the Conference Committee Board.

Methods of payment: 
1) Bank transfer: Account information will be informed along with the acceptance/ invitation letters.
2) Credit Card: Payment can be made online via PayPal. The instruction and permission of online payment will be provided along with the acceptance/ invitation letters.

Payment Calculation
Each participant needs to pay the registration fee. One author with one accepted submission will have to pay 400 USD. The co-author of the same paper shall make the payment 400 USD individually if he/she will present the paper together in the conference. If one author have more than one accepted paper to present, he/she will have to make the
payment 400 USD for each submission.

Receipt
The receipt as a proof of payment will be issued at the registration desk during the conference. 

Certificate
*[Certificate of Presentation or Certificate of Attendance]
A certificate of attendance includes participant’s name and affiliation, certifying the participation in the conference. A certificate of presentation indicates a presenter’s name, affiliation and the paper title that is presented in the scheduled session. 

Certificate Distribution

Oral presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the session chair after their presentations or at the end of the session. Poster presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the conference staff at the end of their poster session. 

The certificate of presentation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented. Instead, the certificate of attendance will be provided after the conference.

If authors are not able to present their papers due to unavoidable circumstances, they shall provide the official certification document to request for the certificate of presentation. For more details, please contact the conference secretariat at isssm@isssm-conf.org

Refunds
No refunds will be issued by ISSSM for any reason. Participants shall have confirmed all conference information before they complete the registration payment.
